Working with the Toronto District School Board
Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009Once again, we have engaged with the Toronto District School Board to bring on a co-op student. This time it is with the Enhanced Language Training for Employment Program (http://www.tdsb.on.ca/_site/ViewItem.asp?siteid=9995&menuid=15032&pageid=13313) that helps mostly new immigrants integrate into the Canadian work force. I interviewed three candidates and selected Ali. Ali is from Iran and came to Canada only seven months ago. He has an electrical engineering degree from Tabriz University in Iran and has been in the IT field for over ten years; specifically with desktop and server support.
Ali is extremely personable and very eager to learn about the business environment in Canada. Welcome aboard Ali; and, welcome to Canada.
